Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return your Ladybug steam vapor system from the date of delivery. Returns cannot be handled through social media, email, or leaving an off-hours voicemail. To initiate a return, call Customer Care at 800-997-6584. Once eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process. To be eligible for a full refund, you must still be within your 30-day trial period and the steam cleaner must be undamaged and in its original retail box with all accessories and all retail packaging (original plastic bags, inner boxes, cardboard, fasteners, etc.). Any steam cleaner which appears tampered, customized, altered in any way, missing accessories or original shipping material used to keep everything safe while in transit, or appears to be used extensively and is not in new or like new condition is not eligible for return and may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected. This 30-day trial is intended only for new Ladybug customers. Purchases by former customers, as well as purchases by cleaning companies or other business entities, including schools and non-profits, are not eligible for a return unless items are in brand-new, unopened and unused condition. Open box or refurbished purchases are not eligible for a return under any circumstance. Fees may apply, if outside the Continental United States.

You have 30 calendar days to return your tools & accessories from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, they must be unused. Mailed returns of tools & accessories are at your expense and may be subject to a restocking fee.  

Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to exchange your Ladybug steam vapor system from the date of delivery. You are allowed one exchange. Exchanges cannot be handled through social media, email, or leaving an off-hours voicemail. To initiate an exchange, call Customer Care at 800-997-6584. Once eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process. To be eligible for an exchange, you must still be within your trial period and you must follow our return policy. If approved, we will process your exchange. If the new item is a different price, we will contact you to refund or charge you the difference. Your trial period will continue to run from the date the first steam vapor system was delivered. Fees may apply, if outside the Continental United States.
